• What is your warranty? Do you provide service to work out bugs or minor problems? How long is the warranty in effect? The length and scope of the warranty provides a valuable clue as to the builder’s confidence in the level of quality built into his homes. It indicates an experienced builder who knows his crew, his materials, and his craft.
