Termites

They love wet wood. Clear the perimeter of your house, garage, and sheds of any wood. Store lumber where it can be kept dry as well as wood for stoves. Make sure gutters are clear and fix leaking pipes and roofs as soon as you see a problem.

Rodents

Take out the garbage every day! Don´t allow piles of stuff to accumulate. Keep entry points into your home clear and clean, including ducts, vents, and chimneys.

Cockroaches
